How long does it take for my order to be engraved? TOP
Normally we have orders processd within 7 days, however it can take up to 10-14 days during peak seasons such as Christmas and Mother's Day. How do I know which letter to put where? TOP
You can view our etiquette page for tips on mongramming. It is very important when placing an order that you understand that first name initial means first name, middle/maiden name initial means the initial of the middle or maiden name and last name initial means the last name or surname. Is all your jewelry sterling silver? TOP
Yes, every piece we monogram is genuine sterling silver. A few pieces such as the cuffs on the cufflinks and the clip on the hair barrettes are made out of a base metal to be strong enough for daily use. Can you engrave a style of letters that is not posted on your engraving page? TOP
No, we cannot. Our engraving page shows the different styles of engraving we can do. If it is not listed as an option, we cannot do it. Why don't you have a telephone number posted? TOP
We did have a telephone number posted at one time, but we kept getting calls into the wee hours of the morning and had to remove it. What are your hours of operation? TOP
We are open from 10 am to 6 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Can I place an order over the phone? TOP
Unfortunately no, all orders must be placed online in writing through our product ordering pages to avoid any confusion of letter placement and spellings. Can you mail me a printed catalog? TOP
No, we do not mail catalogs but you can use the print catalog under Information to print a catalog of our items.
