Policies
Our prices include engraving with a monogram or name. Some items such as pendants and charms can be engraved on the reverse side. There is a $10.00 fee for 2nd side engraving.
Orders: Although we try to process orders within 7 days, and because order processing times vary during peak seasons, all orders will be processed and shipped within 14 business days of payment (This does not include transit time). We do offer an additional rush service with a nominal fee that will cut order processing from 14 business days to 5 business days (again, this does not include transit time).
We do not take orders over the phone. To insure that each piece that is ordered gets the correct engraving, the order must be placed through the website.
Contacts: If you email us, and you do not get a response, it is because either your email did not reach us or because emails are bouncing back to us.

Problems: Occasionally problems do arise and we ask that you please let us know if there is a problem with your order. If we make a mistake with your order, we will gladly replace it with the same item at no charge to you or refund your payment.
Partial Refunds: We do not issue partial refunds for any reason.
Returns / Exchanges:
For non monogrammed items:

Any returns MUST be returned to us in our hands within 7 days of receipt of item in unworn, undamaged condition with all original packaging. There is absolutely no exceptions to this. If you wait beyond the 7 day period, no refund or exchange will be considered.

Shipping is nonrefundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We will not accept postage due returns.
For monogrammed items: Because of the nature of our monogramming business, our items are customized exclusively for you. Once items are engraved, they cannot be resold or re-engraved, therefore we only allow exchanges in the event of shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or a mistake on our part.

Damaged or incorrect items MUST be returned to us and in our hands within 7 days of receipt before replacement will be sent. Please note that most of our items are handmade and slight variations are possible. Most items are hand polished and may not have a mirror finish. These are not considered defects.

Refunds are at the owner's discretion, and exchanges will only be allowed for the same item, same size, and same engraving.

We do not refund or exchange for buyer's remorse, if you order the wrong size, or if you give us incorrect engraving instructions.

Privacy Policy: Your privacy is very important to us and all information we obtain is held in strict confidence. We will never sell your personal information including email addresses to anyone. We will never share our customer's information unless required by law to do so.
